How to measure the size of stainless steel handrails

1. On-site lofting: Before installing the handrails, calculate the size of various rods, and keep the deviation of the blanking length of the components at about 1mm;

2. Welding: Use appropriate electrode diameter, welding technology, and welding speed to conduct welding tests;

3. Decontamination treatment: Before welding, check whether the groove and assembly gap meet the requirements, and the firmness of the tack welding. In order to ensure the welding quality, ensure that there is no oil around the weld.

4. Welding metal surface: Choose a thinner electrode and a smaller welding current to weld the metal surface. If there are cracks, slag inclusions, weld bumps, burn through, arc craters and needle-like pores, the welding is unsuccessful;

5. Welding seam: After the welding and assembly of the rods are completed, for the welding seam without obvious dents or protruding large weld beads;

6. Part of the finely processed parts can be processed in an open place away from flammable materials, and then transported to the stairwell for installation;

7. Firm solder joints: The solder joints between the components must be firm enough. In addition, the weld joints must be full and the joints on the surface of the weld joints must be even.
